We are exploring countries and cultures in our homeschooling this year in our schooling. How eye-opening it is to see what other cultures believe in. We have been convicted on how important it is to pray for our brothers and sisters throughout the world. We live in a country that for the time being affords us great freedoms to worship the one true God while there are so many around our world that are persecuted in the harshest ways. Today we studied Mexico and had some fun making our own pinata. I must admit by the time we finished it looked pretty sad but it was a fun experience!
